How do I get paid?

When your audience books direct through your House Link and the booking is confirmed, you earn from the booking you introduced. Creator terms may vary by stay, operator or campaign during early access.

Can I use House Links on Instagram, TikTok, newsletters?

Yes. House Links can be used across social posts, stories, link in bio, newsletters, blogs and other approved creator channels.

What does my audience get?

A selected stay, a trip preview, the official direct booking route, and the House Key shown for that stay after booking. Not just a link — a better way to book.

What is House Key?

House Key is the post-booking activation layer. After a guest books direct and submits their booking reference, House Key activates the benefits shown for that stay — which may include a Flex Window, arrival gift or the Local Black Book where available.

What is the Local Black Book?

Available in active House regions, it’s the locked local layer behind a stay: trusted local recommendations, useful trip notes, preferred services and nearby places to know. It’s designed to help the guest get more from the trip after they book.

Is this only the Cotswolds at launch?

The early network begins with selected premium stays in focused launch regions. The Cotswolds is a natural first region, with more destinations planned as the network grows.

How is this different from normal creator links?

Most creator links point to something the customer can easily find elsewhere. A House Link unlocks the selected stay, the official direct route, the trip preview, House Key and creator attribution in one flow. Not a link to a product. The better way to book a stay.

How are creator earnings calculated?

Earnings are based on the value of the confirmed stay you introduced and your creator share. Your House Link tracks the booking back to you; once validated, earnings are calculated against your creator terms. Exact rates will be set out in your creator agreement.

When is a booking considered confirmed?

A booking is confirmed once the guest has booked direct with the official operator, submitted their booking reference, and the operator has validated it. Your earnings are approved after validation.

What happens if a guest cancels?

If a booking is cancelled within the operator’s cancellation window, the related earnings may not apply. Earnings are confirmed on completed, validated stays.
