The House helps selected premium stays turn creator attention into direct bookings. Guests preview the stay, book through your official route, and unlock House Key after booking.
Selected creators, curators and editors introduce your property to audiences already shortlisting premium UK breaks, from boutique hotels and design cabins to cottages, wellness stays and group escapes.

A creator introduces your stay through a tracked House Link. The guest books through your official route, then returns to activate House Key so the booking can be validated and attributed.
Instead of paying more for marketplace dependency, you pay a success-based fee for demand that keeps the booking direct.
Your stay can appear inside selected creator House Edits, with a trip preview, official direct booking route and the House Key shown before guests book.

The House is built for stays creators can genuinely introduce — distinctive, trip-worthy properties with a direct-booking route and a clear reason to book.
Properties are checked and selected before they are shared.
Guests book direct with the official operator.

House Key and the Black Book unlock after booking.
No. Guests book through your official booking route or approved direct channel. The House supports discovery, preview, attribution and unlocks around that route. It never takes the booking.
The House typically charges a 5–10% partner fee on validated bookings introduced through House Links. Guests book through your official route, and the fee only applies once the booking is attributed and validated. Exact terms are agreed during onboarding.
No. House Key can be a value-add rather than a discount, a stay benefit, local unlock, welcome benefit or other approved direct-booking value. Benefits are shown inside House Key, not on public discount pages.
House Key is the post-booking activation layer. Once a guest submits their booking reference and the booking is validated, House Key activates the benefits shown for that stay — which may include a Flex Window, arrival gift or the Local Black Book where available.
Available in active House regions, it’s a gated local layer for confirmed guests: trusted places to eat, drink, visit and book, plus stay-specific notes where available.
The House uses tracked House Links, booking-reference submission and operator validation to attribute confirmed bookings.
The early network begins in focused launch regions such as the Cotswolds, with more regions added as the network grows.
No. The House is curated. Properties are reviewed for quality, fit, direct-booking route and suitability for the House audience.
